Due to China postal regulations, liquid and powder are prohibited item. Hence, I am unable to take in order for anything that contents liquid or powder, eg. masks, mascara.

Before you participate in a Spree
Before participating in any spree please take some time to read the terms and conditions of each spree. By participating, you should understand and comprehend with Shopaholic’s spree terms & guidelines.
PLACING ORDERS
1. To participate in a spree of your choice, just email us with the attached order form.
When you have made payment, send us an email to indicate that you have made your orders and add in [PAID] to the subject.
Do bookmark the spree page for further updates!
2. NO changes or cancellations are allowed after we have confirmed your order by sending a confirmation email.
MAKING PAYMENTS:
1. ATM / iBanking Transfer to POSB Savings Account
NOTE: Always remember to include your transaction reference number and date and time of payment at the spree page of your orders. Also, place [PAID] at the subject of your post.
After you have made your payment, please check the spree post regularly for updates on out-of-stock items. You can also easily keep yourself updated with the processing status by looking at the end tag of the spree post.
If you opt for postage, don't forget to email us your delivery address so that you'll be able to receive your orders asap after it has arrived!

Before you participate in a Spree
Before participating in any spree please take some time to read the terms and conditions of each spree. By participating, you should understand and comprehend with Shopaholic’s spree terms & guidelines.
- You are advised to clear your queries before placing your order.
- Agent we are using is charging us at a fee so that we are able to combine shipping for the particular spree and they would also do their part in the checking of size and color as wrong colors/size often occurred. And the international postage agent is charging is lower than the quotation I've checked with the various sellers.
- Please kindly make payments within 48 hours from the date you placed your order.
- Once you have placed your orders(through posting in comment or emailing us), please check Shopaholic’s Blog regularly and make payment promptly.
- For tracking purpose, we advise spree-ers to opt for registered mail for your postage. We are not responsible for any loss of items if you choose normal postage. We are not liable for loss of parcel once items leave our hand at post office.
- Spree-ers are advised to take note of the measurements, state the sizes and colours in their orders as we are unable to conduct a size/colour change.
- Shopaholic will not be responsible for any damaged goods or any mistakes from the supplier side. (eg wrong colour, wrong item) Therefore buy at your own risk! Our agent will do their best for size checking based on the labelling of items by sellers and we will do on our part in checking of items before sending out to you.
- Most of the Taobao Sellers are rather slow. They normally always take up to 3-5 weeks after spree closed to arrive. So please be patient and understanding, we have many spree-ers. We cannot cater to each and every individual but we will try our best.
- Lastly, if you cannot wait for items to arrive, simply do not participate.
- FULL refund will be made if there is a stock out situation or due to a lack of response. In the latter case, the spree will be canceled if response is not good, similarly, FULL refund will be made! So do not worry! So do spread the word to your friends to avoid canceling of sprees!
- We are trying our best to get the agent to declare a lower value to avoid GST, however, if custom insists on review of the goods and revised the declare value, we have no choice but to pay the GST and custom documentation (for clearing of goods) in order to retrieve the items. And by participating the spree, it means you are clear of risks involved and willing to bear any additional charges (should there be any). Full invoice and documents would be scanned and posted for proof.

- [ORDERED] - Order sent in to agent/sellers
- [ARRIVED] - Arrived in Singapore
- [DONE] - All items collected and spree officially ended.

SIDE NOTES
- Dead buyers would be blacklisted.
- Unclaimed good after 2 weeks upon arrival will be confiscated due to limited storage without any response to our emails notification and posting in the spree post.
